"I cannot recommend Nelly highly enough. She is absolutely amazing. I came to see Nelly for dermaplaning and a facial. I have always been very embarrassed about my skin (oily, hairy, etc). Nelly made me feel at home and at ease immediately. Instead of shying away from my problems, I felt like talking about them more and more because I knew Nelly had the answers to help (and that she wanted to truly help- which is something rare to find!)
Nelly (per my questions) walked me through each treatment she was doing and why. This made me feel extremely comfortable and at-home during the entire process. It is very obvious that she loves what she does and success to her means her clientsā skin success. Everything was perfectly relaxing and enjoyable (even the extractions my skin needed!).
I think the part that really stands out to me is Nellyās personal touch. We walked through what products I was currently using, and Nelly told me how to best incorporate them into my skincare routine. She suggested areas where I needed improvement and provided reasonably priced products instead of pushing anything that would benefit her agenda. I know I can text her whenever I need to ask her questions about how to use my products or what sequence to use them in, and she will be more than willing to answer. This is something I donāt find elsewhere and that makes Nelly truly unique.
